I always wanted to be the best for my mother and father, so I made it my duty to keep good grades, and to support them. Studying and keeping my intellect to a high level led got me to my first-choice college that I worked so hard for all 4 years of my high school. College has given me the adult mentality to create my own destiny, work toward my business persona, and use new skills to help obtain a good job. I am a business major just like my mother and father who have a business in real estate. I hope to work with them soon to bring up their franchise. It means a lot to me and to everyone I love to stay focused, stay away from negativity to maintain positivity so that I can repay all those who ever cared about me.

There is still so much to learn through higher education about business aspects, so that I can ensure success in my career. Every day, I motivate myself to read more books and listen to business podcasts to stay informed to make it in the world. It is tough out there and if one does not understand how to take on obstacles and to solve problems it will be hard for anyone to make it out.

Faith has allowed me to see that my providence will come if I stay on the right path and follow the ways of the Lord – He will lead me to the promised land. Iím very passionate about art and helping other people discover who they truly are; one day I hope to be in my own business in clothing and apparel. Obtaining undergraduate and graduate degrees in the School of Business at UNC Pembroke will help reach this goal.
